Las Vegas Little Theatre announces Auditions for The 39 Steps.


All roles are available.


Richard Hannay - 30's - Must be able to do a british dialect. The Dashing hero of the story.

Annabella Schmidt/Pamela/Margaret - (all played by 1 female) - 30's - must be able to do a German, British and Scottish dialect.

Clown 1 and Clown 2 - 2 men ages mid 20's - 50's. The Clowns play all the other roles. Must be able to create many specific characters and must have strong dialects - German, British (multiple dialects), and Scottish.

This is an extremely physical show.

ALL AUDITIONS ARE OPEN – ANYONE MAY TRY OUT!

Auditions are cold readings from the script. There may be some physical improv scenarios as part of the audition as well.

Be prepared to show your dialects!! They don't have to be perfect but, we must hear if you have an ear for the dialects.

A picture and resume are helpful, but NOT required.

The Plot
