A verse play written in the conceits of a Shakespearean tragedy, For the Joy of the Sting is set in an alternate England during wartime and tells ofthe downfall of Felix Patron at the hands of his jealous cousin, Rimbaud, all while Felix falls in love with Pauline, an enemy spy.
