LVLT Reopening Plan

LoveLetters-March.png

We are thrilled to be able to welcome all of our patrons back to Las Vegas Little Theatre for Live in person performances.   Of course, due to safety and health regulations, things will be a bit different than we are used to.

First and foremost, Masks are required at ALL TIMES while visiting LVLT.   No exceptions. We ask that you wear a mask that covers both your nose and mouth and please no bandanas or "gaitor" type coverings.   Plastic face shields are only permissible when used with a face mask.   This is for the health and safety of everyone and follows County and State mandates.

Seating is extremely limited!   We must maintain a 12 foot distance between the audience and the stage so the first row for seating with be the 2nd row.  There is NO SEATING in the first row which means patrons MUST be able to climb stairs in order to attend the performance.   Seats will also be socially distanced so there will be a limited number of seats per row.   Please limit your party to no more than 6 people of the same household.

We will also be controlling the access into the building.  We ask that you please purchase tickets in advance of arriving at LVLT either online or by contacting the box office.   Due to the very limited number of seats available, we may not have tickets available for sale at the door.

We will ask you to please contact LVLT when you arrive at the theatre.  No one will be admitted to the building until 20 minutes prior to the performance start time.  Everyone will be subject to a temperature check to enter.   Also, you must confirm that you have not tested positive for COVID or have had exposure within the last 2 weeks.   We will scan your ticket and will escort you to your seat.   Unfortunately, only electronic programs will be available.

We also ask that you maintain 6 foot social distance at all times when moving around the building.  Markers on the floor are provided to assist with social distancing and hand sanitizer is available throughout the building.

We will be taking extra precautions with cleaning and sanitizing all common surfaces and touch points.   We will also be running the air in the theatre to make sure we have a constant air flow and circulation.

If you have any questions on our health and safety plans, please feel free to contact us and we will be happy to address specific questions.

Thank you

Walter Niejadlik

President, Las Vegas Little Theatre
