Performance Dates: October 16 – November 1, 2026 with performances on Fridays and Saturdays at 7pm and Saturdays and Sundays at 2pm. Rehearsals begin immediately and are held in the evenings on weekdays.

Rehearsals will begin immediately following auditions.

Show Description: Murder, Mystery & Mayhem! Six strangers with colorful aliases gather at a mysterious mansion for an unusual dinner party, only to discover they are all being blackmailed by the same host. When murder strikes, the guests scramble through secret passages, hidden weapons, and outrageous accusations to uncover who the killer might be. Packed with rapid-fire comedy and multiple twists, the evening becomes a frantic race to solve the mystery – can it be solved before anyone else meets a deadly end? 
 

Characters:

  • Wadsworth (Male, 40s–60s) — The impeccably proper butler who appears to control the evening. Dry, intelligent, and secretly pulling every string. A demanding comic role requiring physical comedy and rapid-fire dialogue.

  • Miss Scarlet (Female, 20s–40s) — A glamorous and confident businesswoman with razor-sharp wit and nerves of steel.

  • Professor Plum (Male, 30s–50s) — A disgraced psychiatrist whose pompous confidence quickly gives way to nervous panic.

  • Mrs. Peacock (Female, 40s–60s) — A senator's wife who talks nonstop whenever she's anxious—which is almost always.

  • Mr. Green (Male, 30s–50s) — A reserved government employee desperately trying to avoid attention. Great comic "straight man."

  • Colonel Mustard (Male, 40s–60s) — A loud, blustery military man who never lets facts get in the way of confidence.

  • Mrs. White (Female, 40s–60s) — Deadpan, mysterious, and wonderfully dry. A masterclass in understated comedy.

  • Yvette (Female, 20s–30s) — The flirtatious French maid with endless energy and plenty of comic moments.

  • Mr. Boddy (Male, Adult) — The mysterious blackmailer whose untimely demise launches the entire mystery.

  • The Cook (Female, 30s–60s) — A small but memorable supporting role.

  • Featured Ensemble (Any Adult, Any Gender) — Multiple comic roles includin

    • Police Officer, Motorist, Singing Telegram Girl

      • Ideal for performers who enjoy creating memorable characters and quick costume changes.

*Age ranges are flexible and represent stage age only.

All roles are available. You should be prepared for cold readings from the script.
